A fine nickel mounted pernambuco bow made by Emile François Ouchard Père. The bow was made for Paul Serdet and carries the P.Serdet A Paris stamp on the stick below the frog, authentic in all of it's principle parts, an excellent strong stick with good balance, finished in a rich conker colour patina, in excellent near perfect condition. This is a fine bow to play with, another example of this great makers work, this example was made circa 1925. Recently rehaired. Such a lovely bow!
