A photo of the label:
A Nicolas Bertholini violin, they are well made Mirecourt instruments with a balanced tone, sonorous base and good volume, this example was made around 1920. The length of the back is 360 mm. In really nice condition with minimal imperfections, well made and with good figure to the wood. Set up with rosewood fittings, Pro-Arte strings and supplied in a new lightweight case. These are always very good violins!
