An excellent violin from the Collin-Mezin atelier, Santorino model made in 1912. The Santorino was one of the top models from this great maker. Condition is excellent, no repairs or damage just minor varnish imperfections and a couple of small scratches to the back. Fitted with a new set of Dominant strings and supplied in a new lightweight case. The length of the nicely figured back is 359 mm. An excellent vibrant tone, well balanced across the range and with plenty of volume. A nice violin, recommended!
