A fine quality nickel mounted pernambuco bow by Charles Nicolas Bazin. In excellent condition, original in all of its principle parts except the winder which is later, probably 1930s, the stick is beautiful, it is slender and has a lovely rippled grain to the stick. Finished in a rich dark red/brown patina, just rehaired, circa 1890. A really lovely bow!
